Carlotta Bianchi is an Italian multimedia artist and filmmaker. Her practice ranges from moving image to immersive art installations. Carlotta's work explores the potentials of technology at the intersection of art and science as a mechanism to provoke our perception of the environment by designing immersive site-specific installations that challenge our senses. In her work as student of the Bartlett, Carlotta specifies in 3D sound design and site-specific acoustics, expressing them through mediums such as binaural sound editing, multi-channel surround sound set-ups and film.
Born and raised in Milan, Italy, and living in between London, Hong Kong and New York; Carlotta now lives and works in London.
